Ricardo announces international motorcycle industry conference in Milan

Coinciding with the start of the EICMA show – one of the foremost trade exhibition events in the global two-wheeler industry

Coinciding with the start of the EICMA show – one of the foremost trade exhibition events in the global two-wheeler industry – Ricardo, the global multi-industry consultancy for engineering,technology, project innovation and strategy, has announced that it will host a high-level technical summit, addressing key themes in the areas of market drivers, and future powertrain and vehicle technologies.

The conference will take place on Monday (November 3) – the day before the EICMA show begins – at Milan’s Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci. Technical presentations focusing on the very latest developments in two-wheeler technology will be provided by a range of leading motorcycle and component manufacturers, including BMW Motorrad, Robert Bosch, Ducati, Exnovo, KTM, and Piaggio as well as by Ricardo and prestigious academic institutions. The guest of honour at the event will be three-time world 500cc champion, race team owner and manager, Kenny Roberts senior.
