Start-up company ElectroMobility Poland (EMP) and the Warsaw subsidiary of the globally operating EDAG Group have entered into a general cooperation covering the development of three electric vehicles.

EDAG Polska has been nominated as the local partner, and will assume responsibility for the complete development of the vehicle bodies, including production engineering. The shareholders backing EMP are major Polish energy providers, who now wish to gain a foothold in the electric mobility industry.

"Our independence, coupled with our extensive expertise in fully integrated engineering for vehicles and production plants, make us the perfect partner for EMP," said Cosimo De Carlo, CEO of the EDAG Group.
