Nordson Vulcan Jet series dispensing system wins SMT China Vision, EM Asia Innovation awards

Nordson Adhesive Dispensing Systems, a division of Nordson Corporation, specialising in precision dispensing technology, was recently recognised with an SMT China Vision Award and an Innovation Award from Electronics Manufacturing (EM) Asia. The awards were presented at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center during NEPCON China.

The SMT China Awards recognise visionary surface mount products and processes in China’s electronics-assembly industry. While Nordson Adhesives’ Vulcan Jet Series Dispensing System won the Innovation Award in the coating-glue dispenser category, the EM Asia Innovation Awards honour suppliers who have made outstanding contributions to the development and innovation of electronic manufacturing in Asia. The Vulcan Jet Series was recognized in the coating-glue dispensing category.

The Vulcan Jet System improves productivity by dispensing heated adhesive with remarkable consistency, accuracy and precision. It features intelligent heat management as well as a flexible, modular design that is easy to install, use and maintain. The company says it is durable, programmable and offers a variety of advanced features for electronics assembly.
