Nissan is offering vehicles for people with special needs in Brazil. One of the first customers is Flavio Tamura, who recently received the keys of his white Nissan Kicks S Direct, at the Itavema Japan dealership in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The local entrepreneur was the first buyer of the special Kicks model, which has been assembled in Resende since June.

Tamura said "I always liked Nissan, especially for the Japanese quality that the brand delivers. "My first model was a Livina that has always met my needs as a wheelchair user."

He further added "I prepared all the documentation ahead of time to be the first one to have this car," said Tamura. "As soon as Kicks S Direct was launched, I ran to the dealership to buy mine. In less than 15 days, the car was already in my hands."

As a tall wheelchair user, interior space is something crucial for Tamura. He said "I am 1.8 meters high, and my legs do not always fit well in most of the cars I try. But with the internal space of the Kicks, I can drive very comfortably."

He also approves of the size of the cargo area where he carries his wheelchair.
