Hyundai highlights future design & technology at Chicago Auto show

Hyundai will share its latest design and technology advancements, along with the all-new HCD-15 Santa Cruz Concept, Tucson Fuel Cell and SEMA vehicles at the Chicago Auto Show.

Making its Chicago debut, Hyundai’s innovative Santa Cruz Crossover Truck Concept reflects a new interpretation of truck utility for a new generation of car buyers. Also, the zero-emissions Tucson Fuel Cell will be driven in Chicago by media attending the Concept & Technology Garage event. The vehicle will also be on display at the Hyundai booth during media and public days of the show. In addition, several of Hyundai’s SEMA tuner vehicleswill make their Chicago debut this year, celebrating designs from some of the best aftermarket engineers in the industry.

“Hyundai’s focus on innovative design, safety and technology continues to forge a path for our current and future products,” said Brandon Ramirez, senior group manager, product planning, Hyundai Motor America. “With products like the Tucson Fuel Cell and our Blue Link smartwatch app, we strive to deliver a consistent cadence of advanced technologies to meet the needs of today’s customers and provide the highest owner experience.”

Hyundai will also demo in the 2015 Sonata its latest suite of in-vehicle technologies –an eight-inch navigation system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Hyundai’s Blue Link smartwatch app.
