The 111-year-old Husqvarna motorcycle brand has reported record sales of 16,337 motorcycles in 2014. It crossed the 100 million euro mark in turnover in the calendar year.

As per a statement by the company, it gained significant market share in the enduro competition segment as well as made a good restart into the motocross segment, where close to 6,000 Husqvarna motocross bikes were sold worldwide.

With this, the company has re-established its position as a key player within the offroad motorcycle segment and aims to pursue the same growth strategy this year.
