Onward Technologies to set up dedicated engineering design centre in Pune
The new design centre will be a world-class facility equipped with a state of the art infrastructure, and significant investments in technology have been done to make sure that the centre functions as an extended arm of the customer’s facility, with all security measures in place to ensure data confidentiality and protection.
Mumbai-headquartered mechanical engineering design and IT consulting company, Onward Technologies announced today that it will setup a dedicated engineering design centre in Pune, for a North American client. The new centre will hire more than 200 employees for the same.
The company claims this will further strengthen its off-shoring capabilities and will cater to services across product and manufacturing engineering domains for a global manufacturing leader from North America.
It states that the design centre will be a world-class facility equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure, and significant investments in technology have been done to make sure that the centre functions as an extended arm of the customer’s facility, with all security measures in place to ensure data confidentiality and protection.
The company claims that the contract will further enable it to put-forward its strong foothold in the design and manufacturing engineering services and further establish itself as a trusted partner for its key customers.
