Atlas Copco buys British compressed air distributor and service provider, CAS
CAS will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
Atlas Copco has acquired CAS Products (CAS) but purchase price is not disclosed. The company will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
CAS is a privately owned company and was founded in 1983 located in the North West of England, in the city of Bolton. The company specialises in sales, installation and service of compressed air systems and the main customers are industrial and service companies.
Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique said, “CAS has a strong market presence in the North West region of England and this acquisition will enable us to further develop Atlas Copco’s brand portfolio.”
