Antolin and Spanish university invite registrations for automotive electronics learning program
The programme, starting in October 2024, includes academic teaching by both professors from the University of Burgos and professionals from Antolin, an international internship at one of the company's European Electronics Technical Centres and the preparation of a Master's Thesis.
Antolin and the University of Burgos (UBU) in Spain are extending their close collaboration through the Automotive Electronics Lifelong Learning Program.
The aim is to generate and keep young talent with a pioneering programme that will train recent graduates in Electronic Engineering or Doubles Degrees in Engineering, providing specific knowledge in the development of electronic components. In addition, it will provide access to a booming industrial area with a high demand for skilled workers. In fact, at the end of their studies, students selected will have the opportunity to continue their professional development at Antolin, which has reserved junior engineer positions in its electronics teams.
The programme, which is expected to last nine months starting in October 2024 and is in its final stages of processing, includes a period of academic teaching through classes given by both professors from the University of Burgos and professionals from Antolin, an international internship at one of the company's European Electronics Technical Centres and the preparation of a Master's Thesis (TFM). During the programme, graduates will combine their studies in the Master's Degree with work experience at Antolin, offering theoretical and practical training at the same time.
Throughout the course, students will acquire, among others, advanced knowledge in design, development, validation and cybersecurity of electronic systems, working directly with Antolin's experts and engineering teams.
With this new collaboration with UBU, Antolin continues to pursue its goal of attracting and keeping the best talent to meet the challenges of the industry and lead the changes in mobility.
Pre-registrations are now open and those interested can contact the Talent Acquisition team at talentacquisition@antolin.com, at Antolin, or the team at the University of Burgos' Own Studies Unit epropios@ubu.es for more information.
