Asia MotorWorks announced the formal launch of its global truck series with the introduction of two heavy commercial vehicles – the 4923 tractor and 2523 tipper that meet Euro II norms. They are a combination of world-class technologies as major aggregates are sourced from Cummins, Valeo, Meritor, Dana Spices and ZF, said Anirudh Bhuwalka, promoter director of the company.
The truck series features higher tonnage capacity, comfortable interiors and a wide portfolio of products. The product offerings include a comprehensive range of tractors, tippers and rigid trucks with capacities ranging between 25 tonnes and 49 tonnes in the price band of Rs 23 -28 lakh. “We see ourselves as a niche player focusing on specific industry segments offering high performance and cost-effective transport solutions. Our truck series offers an outstanding business equation in terms of cost per tonne per kilometre, ” he said.
