Toyota Kirloskar Motor Reports 38% Month-on-Month Growth in October 2025
The automaker sold 42,892 units in October 2025, marking a 38% increase from September's 31,091 units, driven by festive demand and new product launches.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) reported sales of 42,892 units in October 2025, registering a 38% increase compared to September 2025, when the company sold 31,091 units. The October figure includes 40,257 units in domestic sales and 2,635 units in exports.
On a year-on-year basis, TKM recorded 39% growth in October 2025 compared to October 2024, when the company sold 30,845 units.
Festive Season and Product Launches Drive Performance
The company attributed the sales growth to festive season demand and the introduction of new variants. TKM launched the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Edition and the 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition during the month, both of which received customer interest for their design updates and feature additions.
"Our growth stands as a testament to the seamless synergies across our operations and the unwavering commitment to customer-centricity," said Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business at TKM. The company also noted increased customer enquiries and order intakes during the period.
Government Policy and Market Conditions
TKM cited government GST reforms as a factor contributing to market confidence during the festive season. The company's collaboration with Drum Tao was mentioned as part of efforts to enhance customer engagement.
In September 2025, TKM had reported 16% year-on-year growth, with sales supported by hybrid vehicle demand and GST reductions that preceded the festive buying season.

The company expanded its used car business with a new pre-owned car outlet in Chandigarh during October. TKM's current product portfolio includes the Innova HyCross, Innova Crysta, Fortuner, Legender, Camry Hybrid, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and Hilux manufactured at its Bidadi facilities. The company also offers the Glanza, Rumion, and Urban Cruiser Taisor, along with imported models including the Vellfire and LC 300.
