Tata Punch is India’s No. 1 SUV in April-June 2024, Hyundai Creta and Maruti Brezza on podium

The utility vehicle segment continues to buffer the slowdown in hatchback and sedan demand and accounted for 63% of PV sales. The compact SUV segment, with six models in the Top 10 UV ranking in Q1 FY2025, is led by the Tata Punch. New Hyundai Creta powers into second position, followed by the Maruti Brezza while slowing sales for the Tata Nexon mean it is now ranked seventh.
