Sonalika Tractors reported a market share of 16.1% in February 2024, marking its highest for the month. The company sold 9,722 tractors, a 6.2% increase from the previous fiscal year's 9,154 units.
The company attributes its success to its expansive range of heavy-duty tractors, which now includes 10 new models within the 40-75 HP segment, under the Tiger tractor series.
Sonalika's strategic expansion of its product line is part of its broader vision to lead and be the most reliable brand across every tractor segment. The company has solidified its presence across India with a vast network of over 1,000 channel partners and 15,000+ retail points, ensuring that farmers have easy access to the latest in agri-farming machinery.
Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director of International Tractors Limited, speaking on the announcement said, "We are thrilled to have met the dynamic needs of the Indian agricultural ecosystem and to have achieved our highest ever February market share of 16.1%, alongside the highest market share gain in the industry.
