Royal Enfield showcases Classic 350 flex fuel at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024
The Classic 350 flex fuel can be run on a petrol-ethanol blend containing up to 85 percent ethanol.
At the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo in Delhi, Royal Enfield has showcased a flex-fuel compatible version of its popular Classic 350.
The Classic 350 flex fuel can be run on a petrol-ethanol blend containing up to 85 percent ethanol. Mechanically, the flex fuel bike remains identical to the standard Classic 350. That means you get an air-cooled, 349cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 20.2hp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of torque at 4,000rpm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Since this same engine is shared with other Royal Enfield models like the Meteor, Hunter and Bullet, the company could also introduce flex-fuel versions of those bikes down the line.
The only visual difference compared to the Classic 350 currently on sale is the special green and red paint scheme seen on this particular bike. Currently, prices for the Classic 350 range between Rs 1.93 lakh-2.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).
