River launches its first store in Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, River, opened its first store in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. The 3400 square feet store also houses a fully-fledged service centre.
Aravind Mani, Co-founder and CEO said, "We plan to scale to over 100 cities in the next two years while ensuring great customer experience in both sales and service."
Vipin George, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer said, "The River Store is going to be an important aspect of the brand experience that we have designed for our customers."
Autocar Professional had reported last year that the Bengaluru-based startup backed byLower-carbon Capital, Toyota Ventures, Maniv Mobility, and Trucks VC and Al Futtaim Group, is planning a series of additional fundraising rounds, as it scales up its business to reach its 1 lakh capacity, in the coming years.
