Nexzu Mobility announces dealership network expansion to meet growing electric cycle demand
The company aims to establish a network of 10 distributors, each boasting 20 dealerships.
In response to the growing demand for electric cycles, Nexzu Mobility, a player in the urban transportation sector, has unveiled its plans to ramp up its dealership network. The company is poised to expand its current retail footprint by eightfold before the close of the calendar year.
The strategic move aims to establish a network of 10 distributors, each boasting 20 dealerships, to foster substantial growth and enhance the brand's presence across diverse regions in India. Presently, Nexzu Mobility operates through five distributors, each housing four dealerships, positioned across the country.
Chintamani Sardesai, Business Head at Nexzu Mobility, speaking on the announcement said “The Indian EV cycle market is starting to experience an unparalleled growth in India. As we expand our dealership network, we strive to bring back cycling as an enjoyable mode of transportation. We firmly believe that by offering high-quality and ergonomically designed electric cycles that seamlessly blend the latest technology, we can enable people to make more environmentally conscious decisions and build an ecosystem for more effective mobility in India.”
Nexzu Mobility has already established a presence nationwide, catering to the Southern region through prominent locations in key cities like Bangalore and Chennai. With touchpoints in Kolkata, the company serves the Eastern region's demands, while facilities in Pune and Vadodara connect with consumers in the Western region. In light of India's escalating demand for EVs, Nexzu Mobility aims to further penetrate the Western and Northern regions while reinforcing its stronghold in the Southern market.
