Anshul Saxena, Senior VP and group head of strategy and M&A at Minda Corporation steps down
He was responsible for the overall strategy formulation and implementation of Spark Minda Group.
Anshul Saxena, Senior Vice President and group head of strategy and M&A at Minda Corporation, has resigned from his post with effect from October 21, the company informed in a regulatory filing, which stated that he is moving out for better growth and career opportunities.
As per Saxena's social media profile, he was responsible for the overall strategy formulation and implementation of Spark Minda Group, in sync with the growing EV and EV-related technology changes. He was also in charge of investor relations.
Before Minda Corporation, Saxen was associated with Krishna Maruti Group, a homegrown automotive component involved in the manufacturing of seating systems, injection-molded door trims, rearview mirrors, head rest assemblies, arm rest assemblies, roof liners, and moulded carpets, among others.
Prior to that, Saxena also worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Tata Strategic Management Group, Cepa Mobility, and Reliance Industries.
