He holds certifications as a Global Talent Management Leader and DiSC Trainer, qualifications that support his expertise in workforce development and organizational behavior.

Padmini VNA Mechatronics Limited, established in 1991 and based in Gurgaon, Haryana, is an Indian automotive component manufacturer that supplies products for internal combustion engine (ICE), hybrid, and electric vehicles. The company works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 suppliers in India as well as in markets such as Europe, Japan, and the United States.

Its product portfolio includes EGR modules and valves, solenoid valves, vacuum pumps, throttle bodies, fuel flaps, electronic control units (ECUs), electric water and oil pumps, flow-through inlet valves (FTIV), electric actuators, and interior permanent magnet (IPM) motors for electric two- and three-wheelers.
