Renault India Launches New ‘new’R’ Retail Stores in Indore and Sagar, Madhya Pradesh
The launch of new’R stores in Indore and Sagar marks Renault’s continued retail transformation in India, with modernised layouts, digital integration, and a focus on enhanced customer experience.
Renault India, the Indian subsidiary of the French automotive manufacturer Renault Group, has launched its updated new’R retail store format in Madhya Pradesh with the inauguration of two new outlets in Indore and Sagar. These mark the third and fourth new’R stores opened in India as part of the company’s broader “renault. rethink.” brand transformation initiative.
The company stated that the new stores are designed to enhance customer experience through a modernised layout, improved accessibility, and digital integration. The new’R format aims to create a seamless and engaging retail environment, reflecting Renault’s updated global visual identity.
Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Renault India Pvt. Ltd., said that Madhya Pradesh remains a key market for the company and the introduction of these new outlets aligns with Renault’s efforts to expand its presence and improve customer interaction. He added that the company plans to open two more new’R stores in India in the near future.
The showrooms feature Renault’s updated design language with a black façade and revised logo. The vehicle-centric layout provides open space for easier viewing and movement around display models. Designed as per Renault’s global retail standards, the stores also include consultation zones, premium seating, and customer lounges to improve in-store experience.
With the launch of these outlets, Renault India continues to strengthen its retail footprint and bring updated brand experiences to a wider customer base across the country.
