Popular Vehicles Secures AUDI Partnership in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Popular Vehicles & Services Limited has announced a new partnership with AUDI India through its subsidiary Imperion Cars Private Limited, which has received three Letters of Intent for retail operations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The agreement enables the company to take over existing AUDI dealer operations in these states, establishing a total of five touchpoints. These include showrooms and service centers in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, along with a service center in Vijayawada.

The Hyderabad facility strengthens the company's recent expansion in Telangana, while the Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada locations represent Popular Vehicles' first entry into Andhra Pradesh. The company will have an exclusive AUDI presence in both Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.

"This partnership represents an important milestone in our journey as we continue to strengthen our presence in high-growth markets," said Naveen Philip, Promoter and MD of Popular Vehicles and Services Limited. He noted that the addition of AUDI aligns with the company's strategy of diversifying beyond traditional geographies while strengthening its position in existing markets.

Popular Vehicles operates multi-brand automobile dealerships across six states including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Telangana. The company's current portfolio includes dealerships for Maruti Suzuki, Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Motors, Bharat Benz, and Ather Energy.

The expansion adds to the company's luxury segment portfolio, which already includes Jaguar Land Rover operations. The company maintains an extensive network comprising 56 showrooms, 139 sales outlets, 33 pre-owned vehicle showrooms, 159 authorized service centers, 50 retail outlets, and 25 warehouses across its operational states.
