Pavna Sunworld Autotech Begins Oil Pump Production for Hero MotoCorp
Subsidiary secures supply contract for Splendor and Glamour models across six manufacturing plants.
Pavna Industries Limited's subsidiary, Pavna Sunworld Autotech Pvt. Ltd., has commenced production and supply of oil pumps to Hero MotoCorp Ltd. (HMCL), India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, on July 14, 2025, from its manufacturing facilities to support Hero's volume-leading Splendor and Glamour motorcycle models across all six of HMCL's Indian plants.
The oil pump supply contract represents a significant business development for Pavna Industries, which manufactures automotive parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across multiple vehicle segments. Production will scale progressively to reach 50,000 units monthly within three to four months.

Pavna Industries Limited, incorporated in April 1994, operates manufacturing plants in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). The company produces automotive components including ignition switches, fuel tank caps, latches, auto locks, switches, oil pumps, throttle bodies, fuel cocks, and casting components.
The company serves domestic and export markets, supplying to manufacturers including Bajaj, Kawasaki, Honda, TVS, Mahindra, Escorts, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra Wheels, Eicher Motors, Tork Motors, Revolt, and Mahindra Electric. Export destinations include Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Sudan, USA, and Bangladesh.
