Park+ launches research labs to offer data-driven insights for stakeholders
Park+ Research Labs will provide valuable insights to auto manufacturers, dealers, and service centers by leveraging its large community of car users, helping stakeholders understand consumer behavior and improve service offerings across the industry.
Park+, a platform for car owners in India, has introduced Park+ Research Labs, a data-driven service designed to provide actionable insights to stakeholders in the Indian automobile ecosystem.
This service aims to help auto manufacturers (OEMs), dealers, service centers, and ancillary services better understand customer experiences, trends, and demands, enabling them to address industry gaps more effectively, the company claimed.
Park+ Research Labs will leverage its large community of over 2 crore verified car users to create a direct feedback channel between car owners and industry stakeholders. The platform will focus on data collection and analysis, using digital surveys to offer insights into car ownership patterns, feedback, and buying decisions.
Park+ plays a central role in the car ownership ecosystem by providing services such as car washing, test drive bookings, FASTag purchases, used car sales, car loans, parking spot reservations, and discounted fuel. This comprehensive involvement in car-related services positions Park+ to offer valuable insights to the automotive industry.
Amit Lakhotia, Founder & CEO of Park+, said, “With Park+ Research Labs, we aim to provide OEMs, dealers, service centers, and ancillary services with accurate data and feedback from genuine car owners. This initiative will help the automotive industry better understand consumer behavior and ownership trends in India, ultimately unlocking business value and improving customer experiences.”
