Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition Now Limited To 999 Units Instead Of 300

Mahindra has announced that the recently unveiled BE 6 Batman edition will now be limited to 999 units instead of 300 as announced earlier. The homegrown SUV brand says that overwhelming response by Batman fans led to the increase in the number of units for the limited edition BE 6 electric SUV.  

The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition has been priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom) which is at a premium of Rs 89,000 over the regular BE 6 Pack Three variant it is based on. In a first for the automotive industry, Mahindra has officially collaborated with Warner Bros for the BE 6 Batman Edition. SUV. Additionally, owing to the high response, Mahindra may introduce more limited-edition models in the calendar year 2026. 

Customers looking to secure their limited edition Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition were told to pre-book from August 21 onwards via the brand’s online portal and its “add your preference” feature.  This process will be able to validate their phone numbers via an OTP and complete the KYC process, which will enable a faster checkout once bookings open.

Bookings for the BE 6 Batman edition open tomorrow at 11am at which point customers can confirm their bookings by paying the booking amount of Rs 21,000. Bookings will be confirmed via an OTP-based validation and KYC process. (Customers can move straight to booking if they have already completed “Add your preference” step during Pre-booking), according to Mahindra. 

Additionally, after booking confirmation and allocation, each customer will be able to choose their desired ‘badge number’ (from 001 to 999). To ensure each customer gets the ‘badge number’ of their choice, Mahindra has made the number on the badge non-exclusive for the BE 6 Batman Edition.  

As part of the Batman special edition package, the BE 6 gets special  satin black paint shade that’s contrasted with a gloss-black finish for the body claddings all around and on the wheel arches and bumpers.

The SUV also gets a Batman-themed decal on the front doors, and numerous Batman logos scattered all around its exterior.  It also gets gold-finished Batman emblem on the front fenders, wheel caps, rear bumper, all windows and the rear windshield.

The BE 6 Batman edition’s suspension springs and brake calipers also get gold finish. It also gets a ‘BE 6 X The Dark Knight’ limited edition badge at the back.  On the inside, it gets multiple “dark” shade and contrast gold panels and stitching all around. There are also gold accents on the knobs and vents and Dark Knight logos on the seats and a few other locations. 

As far as mechanicals go, the Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition is based on the top-spec Pack Three variant which means it comes with a 79kWh battery. Mahindra BE 6 range is 682km, according to ARAI. The SUV comes with a RWD setup with a motor good for 286hp and 380Nm of peak torque.
