Landmark Cars Expands Kia Operations with Workshop Acquisition in Hyderabad

Landmark Cars Limited (BSE: 543714 | NSE: LANDMARK) has received in-principle approval from Kia India to acquire an existing workshop in Hyderabad, the company announced on Saturday, May 17, 2025. This acquisition follows the company's purchase of a Kia showroom business in the same city a few months earlier.

The workshop will operate under Landmark Premium Cars Private Limited and aims to service the substantial number of Kia vehicles in Hyderabad while expanding the company's after-sales service business.

According to the company statement, this strategic acquisition aligns with Landmark Cars' approach of "reducing competition tactically" while enhancing its presence in Hyderabad. The move also supports the company's focus on strengthening relationships with fast-growing premium brands in key geographic markets.

Landmark Cars Limited is a prominent premium automotive retail business in India, representing multiple brands including Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, Citroen, BYD, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, KIA, and MG Motors. The company also handles commercial vehicle retail for Ashok Leyland in India.

The company's operations span the automotive retail value chain, encompassing new vehicle sales, after-sales service and repairs, pre-owned passenger vehicle sales, and facilitation of third-party financial and insurance products.

Trading under the symbols BSE: 543714 and NSE: LANDMARK, Landmark Cars Limited is headquartered in Ahmedabad and continues to expand its automotive retail network across India.
