KTM Launches Updated 390 Adventure X and Global-Spec Enduro R Variants in India

KTM announced the launch of two motorcycle variants in India on July 10, 2025: the updated 390 Adventure X and the global-specification 390 Adventure Enduro R, priced at ₹3,03,125 and ₹3,53,825 respectively.

The updated 390 Adventure X incorporates several electronic features previously available only on KTM's flagship models. The motorcycle now includes cruise control with both cruise and speed limiter modes, cornering ABS for enhanced braking stability during turns, motorcycle traction control for improved grip across different terrains, and three ride modes: Street, Rain, and Off-road.

The 390 Adventure Enduro R represents the international configuration of the model, targeting riders focused on off-road performance. This variant features suspension components designed for trail riding and challenging terrain conditions, with 230mm of wheel travel both front and rear.

Both motorcycles are powered by a 398.63cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 46 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 39 Newton-meters of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine meets EU5 emission standards and operates with a 6-speed transmission system.

The Enduro R variant comes equipped with spoke wheels, KAROO 4 tires, and an adjustable suspension system featuring 30-step damping adjustment for the front fork and 20-step damping with 10-step preload adjustment for the rear shock. The motorcycle weighs 159.2 kg dry weight and has a seat height of 895mm.

Technical specifications include dual-channel ABS, ride-by-wire throttle system, LED lighting, and a TFT dashboard. The Enduro R includes additional features such as quick shifter, navigation capability, and a USB-C charging port.

KTM entered the Indian market in 2012 through a partnership with Bajaj Auto Limited, which began in 2007. The company currently operates more than 450 stores across India and has built a customer base of approximately 500,000 riders, making India KTM's largest global market.
