Hilti India, a global leader in construction solutions, has secured the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the eighth consecutive year. The company also ranked 19th in the 2024 GPTW India's 100 Great Mid-Size Workplaces, while earning recognition as one of the best workplaces for millennials and women.

The certification, known for its rigorous evaluation process, acknowledges Hilti India's success in creating a workplace environment based on trust, respect, and inclusion. The company's approach centers on being a "Great Employer for Everyone, Everywhere," with particular emphasis on employee well-being, career advancement, and inclusivity.

Internal development plays a significant role in Hilti India's strategy, with approximately 80% of leadership positions filled through promotions. The company implements structured programs including 'MyIntegration' onboarding, regular coaching sessions, and systematic feedback mechanisms to support employee growth from their first day.

The company employs bias-free hiring practices and provides equal opportunities across its operations. Employee-driven innovation is encouraged through programs like Co-Create, which invites staff to contribute ideas for organizational improvement.

"Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their passion, innovation, and dedication drive our success and shape our culture," said Ms. Devika Tandon, Director, HR, Hilti India. "Receiving the Great Place to Work® certification for the eighth consecutive year reaffirms our commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential."

The company offers benefits including extended parental leave (9 months for maternity and 6 weeks for paternity), well-being leaves, and health insurance coverage for employees' families, including parents. Flexible work arrangements further support work-life balance, with policies encouraging staff to disconnect after working hours.
