Force Motors Partners with Zoho for Digital Transformation Initiative
The partnership will deploy CRM and dealer management systems across Force Motors' network of over 200 dealerships nationwide.
Force Motors Limited has announced a partnership with Zoho Corporation to implement digital transformation systems across its dealer network. The collaboration, announced Tuesday, forms part of Project DigiForce, the company's technology modernization program.
Under the agreement, Zoho will deploy its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms alongside 12 AI-powered applications across Force Motors' operations. The cloud-based solution will replace existing legacy systems at more than 200 dealerships, 70 service centers, and 30 parts centers throughout India.
The new systems aim to streamline dealer operations, enhance customer engagement, and improve sales and service processes. Force Motors, which also operates through international distributors in over 25 countries, expects the technology to increase operational efficiency and support data-driven business decisions.
"Through Project DigiForce and our partnership with Zoho, we are aiming for a transformation in the way we deliver customer experience," said Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors. He noted that the technology solutions would enhance capabilities for dealer and distribution partners in both domestic and global markets.
Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho, described the partnership as reflecting "a shared commitment to reimagining customer experience as a driver of growth." He emphasized that the platform would create a connected ecosystem to simplify operations and strengthen collaboration.
Force Motors, established in 1958, operates as India's largest van manufacturer. The company runs five manufacturing facilities across India and employs over 10,000 people. Its operations include producing engines for Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles manufactured in India, with dedicated facilities in Pune and Chennai respectively.
The company's product portfolio includes the Traveller and Trax vehicle ranges, as well as the Urbania passenger van platform and the Gurkha off-road vehicle series. Force Motors also operates Force MTU Power Systems, a joint venture with Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG that produces engines for power generation and rail applications.
Zoho Corporation, headquartered in Chennai, develops over 55 business applications and serves more than 100 million users globally. The privately held company operates its own data centers and employs approximately 18,000 people worldwide.
The partnership represents Force Motors' continued investment in technology adoption within the Indian automotive sector. The implementation timeline and financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
