Atul Greentech partners with HPCL to boost nationwide access to Electric Vehicles

Atul Greentech Private Limited (AGPL), a subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited, has announced a partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to extend the reach of electric mobility in India. Through this collaboration, AGPL’s electric three-wheelers, ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2, will be marketed via HPCL’s HP GAS distributor network. This initiative aims to promote sustainable transportation across both urban and rural regions.

HPCL, well-known in India for its extensive work in refining and distributing petroleum products, also serves millions of customers with its HP GAS distribution network. The partnership will leverage HPCL’s broad reach and customer base to make AGPL’s EV solutions more accessible nationwide. This distribution network will enable HPCL distributors to market and sell AGPL’s ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 models, supporting the government's focus on electric mobility and cleaner energy options.

AGPL’s ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 electric three-wheelers are built to meet the demand for sustainable transport in diverse areas. With HPCL’s network, AGPL will have an expanded platform for distributing these EVs, which could help in addressing the need for cost-effective, environmentally friendly transport solutions across India.

Dr. Vijay Kedia, Director of Atul Auto, expressed that the partnership represents a significant development in AGPL’s commitment to electric mobility, aligning with India’s ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions and advance clean energy alternatives. He noted that the collaboration is expected to bring value to customers while contributing to the country’s shift towards greener transportation options.
