General Motors India expands its sales network in Maharashtra

General Motors India has today inaugurated a new dealership, Arihant Chevrolet in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, taking the overall tally in the state to 31 sales outlets and 33 service facilities. In all, GM India has now 255 sales points and 272 service outlets across India. Arihant Chevrolet will be a 3S facility integrating sales, service and spares to cater to the needs of the customers in the region.

Announcing the new dealership, Arvind Saxena, president and managing director, GM India, said, “We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Maharashtra. The facility will be headed by Rahul Mishrikotkar and Dhaval Mishrikotkar who are recognized as prominent business leaders with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under their able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”

The 2S facility Arihant Chevrolet is situated in Jalna Road, CIDCO, while the service station is located in Chikalthana MIDC Area in the city of Aurangabad. The dealership would be providing a wide range of accessories and top-of-the-line support to the customers.

A team of engineers will  be available at the workshop equipped with the latest garage tools, diagnostic equipment and computerized facilities. GM India has introduced a number of industry-first programmes including the recently introduced Chevrolet Complete Care programme.

With the introduction of ‘Chevrolet Complete Care’ programme, a number of service offerings to the customers will be provided including low cost of maintenance, Exclusive Warranty packages, Chevrolet U-First Customer Centric Programs and Apps and a Round-the-clock 24x7 Roadside Assistance Program, which will be free for three years with all new car purchases. Roadside Assistance package is also available for the existing customers at a nominal cost provided the vehicle is not more than 5 years old.

The Chevrolet brand was introduced in India in 2003. Its portfolio in India includes the Spark, Beat, Chevrolet Sail, Sail Hatchback, Cruze, Tavera, Chevrolet Enjoy and Captiva.
