Mahindra introduces buy-back and maintenance schemes on its Bolero Pik-Up range

Domestic PV and CV automaker, Mahindra & Mahindra is introducing two new value proposition on its Bolero Pik-Up range. The company says its set of assured buyback value and free maintenance guarantees will enable Bolero Pik-Up customers to improve their earning potential by getting a assured resale value for their vehicles and also reduce both maintenance cost and downtime.

As per the company under the new schemes, it will assure a minimum of Rs 400,000 buyback value after four years, which it says is an industry first assured buyback value, which will ensure the return on investment through committed resale value. This will protect the customer’s interest by reducing the total ownership cost and increasing the profitability over a four-year lifecycle.

Also the company will offer free maintenance for 2 years, which will ensure that the customer expenses for ‘Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS)’ is nil for a period of two years. This will enable higher savings for customers, which in turn, reduces both maintenance cost and improves earnings.

Additionally, the company is also offering a service guarantee within two hours, with a promise of Rs. 750 cash back in case of any delay. It says the higher uptime will allow customers to earn more money and save time. It also has increased the bumper to bumper standard warranty from one year to two years/ 1 lakh km.

Speaking on the new schemes announced, Veejay Ram Nakra, chief sales and marketing, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra, said: “Today, we are set to raise the bar further through a set of disruptive and unprecedented after-sales guarantees in our flagship Bolero Pik-Up brands. These guarantees will enable our customers to get the best out of the investment made, reduce the cost of maintenance and improve the earning potential on our Bolero Pik-Up range.”
