Priced at Rs 283,938, Yamaha is targeting sales of 5,000 units in the first year of production.

Yamaha launches 2019 YZF-R25 in Indonesia

Yamaha Motor Co has launched the 2019 YZF-R25 in Indonesia in October 2018, priced at Rs 283,938 (58,600,000 Indonesian rupiah). The ABS-equipped model will be launched in November 2018 priced at Rs 313,011).

The road sports motorcycle is popular with riders around the world, and the 2019 model features further refined style and performance. Yamaha is targeting sales of 5,000 units in the first year of sales in Indonesia.  

The 2019 model, which features revamped styling, further emphasises its connect with the Yamaha flagship model, the YZF-R1. In addition, the incorporation of new features enhances riding performance. These include a new exterior for improved aerodynamics, inverted front suspension contributing to a solid sense of contact with the ground when turning, and fully-digital instrumentation with high visibility. 

Since its launch in 2014, the YZF-R25 has been popular with users for its racing image and performance. It has been a leading model for Yamaha’s sports image in Indonesia in particular, and has become an aspirational model, especially among young customers.
