At German Tier-1 major Continental's technology centre in India, women now comprise 32% of the workforce, reflecting a growing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
According to Latha Chembrakalam, Head, Technical Centre India, Continental Automotive India, "Companies are implementing policies that create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women. From flexible work arrangements to leadership development programs, these initiatives are encouraging more women to take on key roles and advance their careers."
