Škoda Reveals Design Sketches of All-New Electric Peaq SUV
The Czech automaker has offered a first look at the exterior of its upcoming seven-seater flagship EV, ahead of a world premiere scheduled for 23 June in France.
Škoda Auto has released exterior sketches of the Peaq, its forthcoming all-electric seven-seater SUV. The images provide the first glimpse of the vehicle's design direction, which the company says follows its Modern Solid design language — an approach centred on clean lines, balanced proportions, and distinctive surface detailing.
At the front, the Peaq features slender T-shaped headlights and a gloss-black Tech-Deck Face, with a connecting element linking the two to form what Škoda describes as a frame-like loop motif. The lower bumper, referred to as the Volcano-shaped design, features a pronounced contour and clearly defined horizontal line as a counterpoint.
In profile, the vehicle is characterised by a high shoulder line and wide D-pillars, which Škoda says emphasise the SUV's proportions. The sketches also show flush door handles integrated smoothly into the bodywork. At the rear, the T-shaped tail-lights and a corresponding connecting element repeat the loop motif established at the front, forming a visual signature intended to make the vehicle immediately recognisable.
Karl Neuhold, Head of Exterior Design at Škoda Auto, said the design team applied the Modern Solid language consistently across the vehicle, combining sculptured surfaces with structured detailing. He noted that features such as the T-shaped headlights and Tech-Deck Face were intended to express Škoda's identity in the context of a new electric era.
The Peaq is set to serve as Škoda's flagship model and will make its world premiere in Monnetier-Mornex, France, on 23 June 2026. No further technical specifications or interior details have been disclosed at this stage.
