Zigment Expands Global Operations with Automotive Partnerships and Dubai Office
Zigment expands globally with new automotive partnerships in Europe and Latin America, a planned Dubai office, and growing enterprise adoption of its AI-driven customer engagement platform.
Zigment, an AI-powered customer journey platform, has announced several business developments as part of its international expansion strategy, including new partnerships in the automotive sector and plans to open an office in Dubai.
The company has signed agreements with GrupoUMA, a major automotive distributor operating in Latin America and Europe, and Bajaj Europe. The GrupoUMA partnership will extend Zigment's operations across multiple countries in these regions, while the Bajaj Europe deal strengthens the company's position in the European automotive market.
According to Dikshant Dave, Founder and CEO of Zigment, the automotive industry is experiencing significant digital transformation. "Our platform is enabling distributors and manufacturers to deliver richer, more seamless customer experiences at scale," Dave stated in the announcement.
The planned Dubai office is intended to support the company's operations in the Middle East region and serve enterprise clients in that market.
Zigment has also received partnership status from Give.org, an organization that evaluates charitable entities. The company reports that its AI platform is being deployed across multiple sectors, including automotive, real estate, banking, and healthcare, as well as by non-profit organizations.
In the United States, Zigment reports closing several enterprise contracts, marking growth in that market. The company maintains its primary operations in Bangalore, India, where its product development and client services teams are based.
Zigment's platform uses what the company describes as "agentic AI" technology to facilitate customer engagement, workflow automation, and data processing for businesses across different industries and geographic markets.
