ZF Aftermarket has introduced several diagnostic and safety technologies at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026, targeting workshops, commercial fleets, and the broader automotive aftermarket sector in India.

The company presented ZF MultiScan, a multi-brand diagnostic solution designed to address vehicle servicing challenges across different manufacturers. The system supports major diagnostic protocols including Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP) and CAN FD, and features PassThru capabilities for accessing original equipment security gateways.

For commercial vehicles, ZF announced India's first AIS 113-compliant connected trailer solution, which integrates Trailer EBS with the Trailer Pulse telematics unit on the ZF SCALAR cloud platform. The company also introduced an AI-driven Video Management System that provides 360-degree vehicle visibility and real-time event detection for fleet operators.

ZF expanded its parts portfolio for the Indian market with new products across passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway applications. These include TRW DTEC ceramic brake pads, SACHS 430 mm heavy-duty clutches for commercial vehicles, and tractor clutch components manufactured in India.

The company is also expanding its ZF [pro]Tech workshop network across India, following the inauguration of its first [pro]Tech plus workshops. The program provides technical training, mounting instructions, and marketing support to partner workshops.

Andre Scholle, Head of ZF Aftermarket Region India, Middle East, Africa, and CIS, stated that the company aims to support India's mobility landscape with solutions enhancing safety, sustainability, and reliability across industry segments.

Akash Passey, President of ZF Group India, noted that the aftermarket segment is evolving alongside India's increasingly connected and digitalized vehicle landscape.

Abhishek Verma, Head of ZF Aftermarket in India, emphasized the company's focus on building an integrated ecosystem connecting diagnostics, digital platforms, and localized products.

ZF Aftermarket is exhibiting at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi from February 5-7, 2026, at Yashobhoomi (IICC), with live demonstrations of its telematics, video management systems, and component solutions.
