ZELIO Ebikes, a key player in India’s electric two-wheeler market, has partnered with LoanTap, a personal loan platform, to offer hassle-free financing options. The partnership aims to make ZELIO’s electric scooters more accessible to customers by providing affordable financing solutions.

The collaboration offers several customer-friendly benefits, including flexible repayment plans that allow customers to choose terms that suit their financial situation. LoanTap provides low-interest rates, transparent terms, and no hidden fees. The quick approval process helps customers receive financing quickly, while customizable EMI options assist in budgeting. LoanTap’s easy-to-use app allows customers to manage their loan details anytime.

ZELIO Ebikes’ partnership with LoanTap is expected to boost sales and improve customer engagement at dealerships. LoanTap has set simple eligibility criteria, requiring customers to be at least 21 years old and an Indian citizen.

Mr. Kunal Arya, Co-Founder and Managing Director of ZELIO Ebikes, commented, “With the growing adoption of electric vehicles in India, many consumers are seeking financing options to make the transition. This partnership with LoanTap allows us to meet that demand and offer flexible financing solutions, helping more customers access electric mobility.”

Satyam Kumar, CEO and Co-Founder of LoanTap, added, “We are pleased to partner with ZELIO Ebikes to promote electric two-wheelers as a sustainable transportation option. LoanTap’s customer-first approach to financing aligns well with ZELIO’s mission to enhance accessibility.”

ZELIO Ebikes dealers will receive necessary tools and training to promote LoanTap financing options effectively. This includes dealer training sessions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

LoanTap will run promotions and limited-time offers to encourage more customers to benefit from financing when purchasing ZELIO Ebikes. ZELIO Ebikes will monitor the success of this partnership through monthly reports, dealer feedback, and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the initiative drives sales and customer satisfaction.

ZELIO Ebikes has established an extensive dealership network with over 273 outlets and more than 200,000 customers. The company plans to expand its network to 400 dealerships by March 2025, further supporting the adoption of electric mobility across India.
