Yokohama GEOLANDAR A/T Gets White-Letter Styling in India

Yokohama India has introduced a white-letter version of its GEOLANDAR A/T all-terrain tyre in India. The Made-in-India 15-inch tyre is available with an Outline White Letter treatment in two sizes.

The GEOLANDAR A/T was previously available in India through imports and is now being produced at Yokohama India’s manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The white lettering is intended to provide a more prominent sidewall design for SUVs and utility vehicles. 

The 15-inch GEOLANDAR A/T is compatible with SUVs and utility vehicles including the Maruti Suzuki Jimny and Mahindra Bolero, according to the company. 

Yokohama GEOLANDAR A/T Local Production

Yokohama India said the Outline White Letter 15-inch version is currently offered in two sizes. The company plans to expand the locally produced range with 16-inch to 18-inch sizes in 2027.

Gaurav Mahajan, Head of Marketing and OE Sales, Yokohama India, said the white-letter treatment is aimed at SUV owners looking to give their vehicles a more distinctive appearance. He positioned the GEOLANDAR A/T as a tyre intended to complement the styling and usage of SUVs beyond conventional road driving.
