WTi Cabs Becomes Largest Uber Black Fleet Partner in India
Delhi-based mobility provider expands premium service operations across three metro cities.
Wise Travel India Limited (WTi Cabs) has become the largest Uber Black fleet operator in India, deploying premium vehicles across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore through its subsidiary WTi Fleet Pro Private Limited.
The partnership positions WTi Cabs as the primary fleet operator for Uber's flagship premium service, operating both SUVs and sedans including Toyota Hyryder and MG ZS EV models across all three metropolitan areas. The arrangement enables Uber to expand its premium transportation offerings while leveraging WTi's established expertise in corporate and executive transport services.
WTi Cabs focuses on professional chauffeur training through specialized programs designed to maintain service quality and safety standards. The company implements standardized operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery across its fleet operations.
"Our partnership with Uber for its Uber Black fleet reinforces our expertise in luxury premium travel," said Ashok Vashist, CEO of WTi Cabs. "Our commitment to excellence in premium mobility aligns seamlessly with Uber's mission to offer reliable, safe, and high-quality rides. This collaboration marks a meaningful step toward redefining urban transportation for discerning riders."
"At Uber, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional ride experiences, and Uber Black stands as the pinnacle of our premium mobility offering," said Aditya Kapoor, Head of Supply, Uber India. "Our partnership with WTi Cabs, renowned for their expertise in corporate and executive transport, enables us to expand this premium experience with unmatched consistency and quality across major metro cities. Together, we're setting a new benchmark for premium ground transportation in India."
The collaboration combines Uber's digital platform with WTi's fleet management capabilities to deliver premium transportation services in India's major metropolitan markets. Users can access the service through the standard Uber mobile application.
WTi Cabs, founded in 2009, operates a technology-driven mobility platform serving over 500 corporate clients across 250 cities and 17 airports in India. The company has expanded internationally with operations in Dubai and incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning systems for fleet management.
The company achieved a compound annual growth rate of 45.41 percent before the pandemic and was listed on the NSE SME exchange at a 32 percent premium over its initial public offering price. WTi has integrated electric vehicles into its fleet as part of sustainable mobility initiatives.
The partnership represents a significant expansion of premium ride-sharing services in India's urban transportation sector, where demand for executive-level ground transport continues to grow across major metropolitan areas.
