Srinivasan Services Trust, the social arm of TVS Motor, has made a substantial impact by empowering over 60,000 rural women across five states. This was achieved with initiatives like forming self-help groups (SHG), training in various skill areas, facilitating credit linkage and implementing livelihood programmes.

 ^ Ilamathi, Mariyamman JLG (Joint Liability Group), Mullikadu village, Pappireddipatti block, Dharmapuri district, Tamil Nadu. 

 ^ Kurungai Women’s business group, Thirukkurungudi Ward - 09, Kalakadu block, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu poses with handcrafted decorative items.

 ^ Yasin SHG, Kurumbur village, Alwarthirunagari block, Thoothukudi district, Tamil Nadu makes fabric bags.

 ^ Lakshmi SHG, Kembal village, Nanjangud block, Mysuru district, Karnataka makes packaged cooking spices.

 ^ Women of Jangalapalli village, Venkatagiri block, Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh are into poultry farming.

 ^ Muthamizh SHG, Mangaimadam village, Sirkazhi block, Mayiladuthurai district, Tamil Nadu is in the yarn business.
