Wardwizard partners with SpeedForce to enhance Joy e-Bike service network and accessibility

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, a prominent electric vehicle manufacturer under the brands Joy e-bike and Joy e-rik, has announced a partnership with SpeedForce, a two-wheeler service chain in India.

The collaboration aims to enhance after-sales service for Joy e-bike customers and expand access to over 1,000 touchpoints across the country. SpeedForce's network, comprising service centers in more than 350 locations, services approximately 150 vehicles per outlet each month. This partnership is expected to provide access to over 50,000 additional customers monthly.

As part of the agreement, SpeedForce will exclusively retail Joy e-bike models at its outlets. Customers will be able to purchase and service their vehicles in a single location, particularly in areas where dedicated Joy e-bike showrooms are not currently available. This initiative is designed to increase Wardwizard’s market reach and strengthen its presence across India.

SpeedForce, with its experience in servicing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, has recently entered the electric vehicle (EV) service segment, promoting green mobility. The collaboration will allow SpeedForce to support Joy e-bike’s efforts in providing sustainable transportation options. Customers will have access to vehicle servicing not only at Joy e-bike showrooms but also at SpeedForce outlets nationwide, especially in regions where Joy e-bike service centers are unavailable.

SpeedForce outlets will also stock Joy e-bike spare parts, lubricants, and technical support, ensuring comprehensive service and maintenance solutions. This expanded network is expected to be particularly beneficial in regions with limited access, such as the Seven Sisters in Northeast India.

Commenting on the partnership, Yatin Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, highlighted the collaboration's potential to improve the Joy e-bike experience by expanding into new markets and enhancing after-sales services. He emphasized the partnership’s role in providing a seamless service experience while promoting sustainable mobility solutions.

Kapil Bhindi, Director of SpeedForce, expressed enthusiasm for supporting Wardwizard in expanding EV service access and reducing carbon emissions. He noted that SpeedForce’s extensive network, digital tools, and skilled technicians would contribute to high-quality service and broader accessibility for Joy e-bike customers.
