Wardwizard Innovations signs MoU with Ampvolts to expand EV charging infrastructure
Wardwizard will identify strategic locations for setting up EV charging stations, wheraes Ampvolts will supply EV charging equipment.
Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd, an electric vehicle manufacturer operating under the Joy e-bike and Joy e-rik brands, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ampvolts Ltd, formerly Quest Softech (India) to develop advanced EV charging infrastructure both in India and internationally.
The partnership seeks to leverage the complementary strengths of both organisations to build a robust ecosystem supporting green mobility. It underscores a shared aim to cater to the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions.
Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility will focus on identifying strategic locations for setting up EV charging stations. The company will act as the front-end partner for key projects, offering financial and logistical support to accelerate the rollout of an efficient EV ecosystem.
Ampvolts will supply EV charging equipment, including chargers and associated hardware. It will also provide customised CMS software to enable seamless payment processing and online monitoring systems. The company will also extend its innovative Battery as a Service (BaaS) offerings to Wardwizard’s B2B clients, ensuring efficient and scalable energy solutions.
