VVDN Technologies announced today an engagement with QNX, a division of BlackBerry Limited, to deliver safety-critical solutions across automotive and embedded technology sectors. The partnership brings together QNX's real-time operating systems and safety-certified software with VVDN's capabilities in electronics manufacturing and product engineering.
The collaboration targets several key areas including software-defined vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, autonomous driving technology, digital cockpit development, and eMobility solutions.
The companies plan to integrate QNX's Neutrino RTOS and Hypervisor for Safety with VVDN's expertise in centralized ECU development, sensor fusion, and battery management systems. The partnership also extends to embedded applications in medical technology, industrial controls, robotics, and aerospace sectors.
