Volvo Car India unveils new bodyshop in Mumbai

Volvo Car India has announced the inauguration of a state-of-the-art bodyshop in Mumbai. Operated under the guidance of KIFS Volvo Cars, this modern facility leverages high-end technology and embraces sustainability to deliver unmatched service to customers, the company shared.

Equipped with advanced crash repair and body measurement systems, the workshop ensures precise evaluations and streamlined repairs for various Volvo car models and body structures. Its 3D measurement systems offer precision for alignment, guaranteeing flawless body repairs without compromising on Volvo Cars' core safety offerings. Additionally, the facility features an advanced leather repair application, capable of restoring leather seat colors and addressing minor cracks and shrinkage, setting new standards for quality automotive services, Volvo stated.

Maintaining Volvo Cars' focus on sustainability and environmental conservation, the bodyshop utilises solar power to supplement conventional energy sources. It also implements effective waste water management and water conservation practices, reflecting Volvo's commitment to eco-friendly operations.
