VinFast Showcases VF 7 and VF 6 Electric SUVs at Shopping Malls Across India
The public display spans 11 cities and aims to introduce Indian consumers to VinFast’s electric SUV lineup as part of its broader strategy to expand its EV ecosystem and local presence.
VinFast has launched a public showcase of its electric SUV models, the VF 7 and VF 6, across major shopping malls in 11 Indian cities. This initiative marks the first widespread public display of the two models in local markets following their initial debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year.
The display events began on June 21 and are being held in high-traffic malls across cities such as Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Kochi. Through these events, visitors will have the opportunity to see VinFast’s SUV designs, explore the interiors, and learn more about the technology and features integrated into the vehicles.
As part of its market expansion, VinFast is also building a manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, developing a dealer network, and partnering with Indian firms like Global Assure to strengthen customer service capabilities. These efforts are part of a strategy modeled after the company’s electric mobility ecosystem in Vietnam.
The VF 7 and VF 6 incorporate distinct design themes and come equipped with features such as a V-shaped LED light strip, panoramic sunroof, touchscreen-based cockpit, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
VinFast plans to reach a younger, eco-conscious audience in India with these models as it continues to scale up its EV presence in the country.
Display venues include Express Avenue Mall in Chennai, Sarath Capital Mall in Hyderabad, Select City Walk and Pacific Mall in Delhi, and Lulu Malls in cities such as Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Lucknow, among others.
