VinFast Opens Bookings for VF MPV 7 in India Ahead of April 15 Launch
The seven-seater electric MPV, the brand's third model in the Indian market, is available for booking at INR 21,000 through its website and 50 dealerships nationwide.
VinFast began accepting bookings for the VF MPV 7 in India on April 2, 2026, through its official website and a network of 50 authorised dealerships across the country, with a booking amount of INR 21,000. The official launch and price announcement for the premium seven-seater electric MPV is scheduled for April 15, 2026.
The VF MPV 7 is built on what VinFast describes as a 'golden ratio' MPV design, with wheels positioned toward the corners to maximise cabin space. The vehicle measures 4,740 x 1,872 x 1,734 mm with a wheelbase of 2,840 mm, and is configured for seven seats across three rows. It rides on R19 alloy wheels.
On the powertrain side, the MPV carries a 60.13 kWh battery with a claimed range of over 500 km on a full charge. Its fast-charging system brings the battery from 10% to 70% in approximately 30 minutes.
Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast India, said: "The VF MPV 7 marks another step forward in VinFast's efforts to win over Indian consumers with modern, practical, and accessible electric mobility solutions. We believe this model will help redefine standards in its segment and become an ideal choice for families seeking a clean mobility solution that meets everyday practicality."
The VF MPV 7 is VinFast's third vehicle offering in India, following the launch of the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs in September 2025. Alongside the expanded lineup, the company has introduced a value assured programme, gasoline-to-EV trade-in options, and free charging on the V-Green network until March 31, 2029.
VinFast (NASDAQ: VFS) is a subsidiary of Vietnam's Vingroup JSC and manufactures electric SUVs, motorcycles, bicycles, and buses. The company is expanding its global distribution and manufacturing presence across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
