Varroc Partners TOLYY To Localise Digital Cockpit Solutions For Global Vehicle Programmes

Varroc Engineering has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with display technology company TOLYY to localise and supply digital cockpit solutions for select passenger and commercial vehicle programmes, expanding its capabilities in automotive display integration and manufacturing.

The partnership sets up a supply and localisation framework: TOLLY will provide fully integrated display modules and components, and Varroc will handle integration, validation, and manufacturing for vehicle applications across multiple segments.

Under the agreement, TOLYY’s scope includes the supply of display panels, backlight units, touch interfaces, enclosures and integrated electronic control units. The arrangement also allows for screen-only supply models that support local assembly operations in India.

The collaboration will operate through a structured model comprising complete display module supply for specific programmes, local assembly and integration activities in India, and industrialisation of selected display modules for customer projects.

Varroc said the partnership is intended to support digital cockpit development across markets, including India, Europe and North America, while strengthening localisation efforts for automotive electronics manufacturing.

The partnership comes amid increasing demand from vehicle manufacturers for locally integrated electronics systems and advanced human-machine interface technologies as cockpit digitalisation expands across passenger and commercial vehicle segments.

Varroc currently operates 37 manufacturing facilities globally, supported by seven R&D centres and supplies automotive systems across two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-highway applications.
