Valvoline introduces Champ 4T engine oil for up to 125cc two-wheelers
New engine oil is aimed to improve fuel efficiency by up to 8 percent whilst offering engine protection at high operating temperatures.
Valvoline Cummins India has introduced Champ 4T Fuel Efficient - a two-wheeler engine oil which is claimed to be engineered to enhance the vehicle's fuel efficiency by up to 8 percent.
The 4-stroke two-wheeler engine oil meets requirements of all leading motorcycles up to 125cc engine displacement and the company claims it is suitable for all generations of bikes, old or new. Valvoline Cummins claims that with the help of its renowned Fuel-Efficient Formula (FEF), the engine oil resists extreme heat and oil thickening to offer peak engine efficiency.
The engine oil is claimed to offer superior protection and performance for motorcycles under all operating conditions. With the launch of this product, the brand has made its FEF technology accessible to a wider section of motorists.
According to Sandeep Kalia, MD & CEO, Valvoline Cummins India JV, said, “The Champ 4T Fuel Efficient is the result of our continuous research and innovation in bringing industry-first products. We worked on this innovation based on the insight of our core target group of customers who are more demanding due to the current macroeconomic conditions that are impacting their life. Valvoline Champ 4T Fuel Efficient has been introduced with the American Petroleum Institute (API) SN and Japanese Automotive Standards Organization (JASO) – MA2 specifications. It will be available in two pack sizes 900ml and 1L suited to meet consumer needs. The company claims that the engine oil shall allow bikers to ride up to 2000km more in a year translating into an additional month’s riding.
