Lubricants manufacturer Valvoline Cummins and VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) announced the extension of their after-sales and service-fill partnership for another term, marking the second formal renewal since 2019.
The agreement covers the dedicated supply of co-branded lubricants across the service network of Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of VECV. The partnership previously supported fleet transition from BS-IV to BS-VI emissions standards and will now shift focus toward extended oil-drain intervals, heat transfer fluids, and formulations designed for alternate fuel commercial vehicles, including CNG powertrains.
Sandeep Kalia, Managing Director, Valvoline Cummins Pvt. Ltd., said, "India's commercial vehicle industry is entering its most exciting phase yet, with alternate fuels, longer drain intervals and digitally connected fleets redefining what operators expect from every kilometre. With this extended association, we are committed to staying ahead of that curve, developing fluids for emerging vehicle technologies and ensuring that every VECV truck and bus on the road delivers the uptime and efficiency its owner depends on."
VECV Leadership on the Extended Lubricant Partnership
B Srinivas, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, VE Commercial Vehicles, said, “We are thrilled to extend our long-standing partnership with Valvoline Cummins for high-performance lubricant solutions that specifically meet the demanding needs of Eicher truck and bus customers.”
