Uno Minda Reassigns Chief Strategy Officer Rakesh Kher to Lead LAS Division

Uno Minda Limited has reshuffled its senior management team, appointing Rakesh Kher as the new CEO for its LAS Domain. The operational transition, which took effect immediately following board approval on July 3, 2026, modifies Kher’s previous responsibilities within the tier-one automotive component supplier.

Under the revised corporate structure, Kher moves away from his combined designation as Chief Strategy Officer and Advisor to the Aftermarket Domain. While he assumes full-time leadership over the LAS division, he will simultaneously maintain his function as an Advisor to the Aftermarket Domain.

Kher originally joined Uno Minda in 2004, working across product portfolio expansion, localized product engineering, and distribution management. His prior professional background includes senior management roles at engineering and manufacturing firms including Larsen and Toubro, Cookson India Limited, and Advani Oerlikon Limited.
