UNO Minda partners with ONDC to expand digital reach

UNO Minda, a Tier 1 supplier of automotive solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India, has partnered with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). 

The ONDC platform, part of the Government of India's Digital India initiative, offers a digital ecosystem that simplifies the discovery of Uno Minda's products across India. Customers can find Uno Minda parts through ONDC aggregators, such as Mystore, making the shopping process more convenient. Uno Minda aims to improve its digital accessibility and offer a smoother online shopping experience through this collaboration.

Vishal Kaul, Business Head of Uno Minda Aftermarket, stated, "Our listing on the ONDC platform marks a step forward in our efforts to enhance customer experiences and expand our digital presence".

The company currently offers over 1,500 products in more than 30 categories on ONDC and plans to expand this to around 6,000 products in the future. The partnership is expected to increase the company's reach and improve its engagement with customers and stakeholders.

Based in Gurgaon, Uno Minda operates manufacturing plants and research centers across India, supporting localized production and development. The company focuses on delivering products that meet customer needs and industry standards. In recent years, Uno Minda has taken steps towards digital transformation, including its partnership with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), to enhance its market reach and improve customer access.
